Meet the Crew

Arte has 30 years experience in the remodeling business and had previously owned his own company where he specialized in vinyl siding and windows. He is a skilled carpenter and tradesman with the know how to figure out anything related to windows.

Arte is also a dedicated husband and father of 3 who enjoys golfing, sports and afternoon naps. He loves the art of conversation, and we are constantly reminded how much people enjoy his company. He is honest and aims to please.

A former general contractor and small business owner, Bob is the perfect person to assist in running the company. Bob is in charge of Service and all things financial. His communication and organization skills are unmatched, and his quality opinions are priceless when it comes to making experienced decisions. Personally, Bob loves his grandchildren. There are always a few pieces of chewing gum in his desk drawer? Sugarless of course. He is both a dedicated husband and father.

Dave is a young and ambitious laborer/installer in training. His carpentry skills improve daily as he strives towards becoming a crew leader. Dave is conscientious, friendly, and highly motivated. He has great people skills and we get lots of compliments on his work and attention to detail.

On a personal note, Dave is the proud papa of a beautiful baby girl named Kyla. He enjoys his fatherly duties and cherishes the time he spends with his daughter. He is a big sports fan and loves his music. He also takes pride in his truck and his beloved Boston Red Sox.

Polo is a very hardworking and polite installer in training. Polo has almost 4 years experience here at Prowindows. He is fast becoming a skilled installer and capable carpenter. His work ethic is admirable.

Polo's positive attitude will carry him very far in life. He faces challenges head on and is constantly improving his skills. He loves his wife and 3 children. the latest being a beautiful baby boy named Eric. Polo is honest and kind. We get lots of great feedback from customers he has met.

Alphonse Ferrera
Al is formally from the high tech industry with many years of sales experience. Working for a company based in California, he was the Regional Sales Manager for the east coast, including Canada. Over the past decade and a half, he has been building new residential homes locally. He really has the passion for the building industry. He brings his sales skills and construction experience to ProWindows.

Jeffrey Thompson Jeffrey works behind the scenes maintaining the trucks. He dumps and cleans the trucks faithfully every night ensuring the crews gets off to a good start in the morning. Jeffrey loves playing the drums, his girlfriend, and playing the drums. His band is on the verge of signing with a major label. at least that's what he tells us. His future includes a possibility in the production process of Music Videos, Television or playing the drums.

Mom. She is my mother in law, and she makes lunches for the crew. Quite possibly, the most important job here at Prowindows. We love her tuna, chicken salad, and homemade meatball subs. She puts a little love in each brown paper bag. (Yep, with our names on them.) That is one of the perks about working for Prowindows.

In her spare time, Nancy likes to take care of her grandchildren, cook and surf the net. She is a skilled seamstress and makes lots of great hats, mittens and afghans. She is the perfect Mother in law.

Co Owner, benefits administrator. she is the real brains behind this whole operation. Diane is my partner and she has a say in most of what goes on in the company.

In her spare time, Diane likes to play super-mom... shuffling around 3 busy kids, and a dog. She is incredibly organized and the hardest working person I have ever met. She loves shoes, clothes, shopping... and camping. She is the reason I am so happy.
